These offerings are a starting point rather than a rulebook. Every wedding is different, and I can tailor your ceremony around your plans, location, guest numbers and the kind of experience you want to create.

EACH PACKAGE INCLUDES:

A complimentary 30 minute introductory consultation over video or phone call.

  • We’ll make sure I’m available for your wedding date and have an obligation-free chat to see if I’m the right celebrant for you.

From there… we’ll set up our first official meeting, in person or over video call and get to know each other and your love story.

  • I’ll guide you through the legal requirements and paperwork, I’ll handle all legalities and the marriage licence.

  • Personalised ceremony written especially for you, including support with the writing of your vows.

  • If a little inspiration is needed, I have an extensive catalogue of wedding ceremony ideas, including vow samples, poems, music, and cultural and symbolic rituals.

When you’re ready, we’ll set up a follow-up meeting closer to your wedding date to finalise the decisions you have made.

  • I’ll tweak and amend your ceremony until it is exactly the way you want it to be - you’ll have full editing rights and final approval, so everything feels right.

  • I will then send you the final copy and confirm the logistics of your big day.

Available for your wedding rehearsal, where we’ll gather the key people in your ceremony.

  • We’ll organise the placement of the wedding party and the roles of those involved.

  • We’ll run through the brides entrance to your chosen music so we’re familiar with timings.

A warm, polished and relaxed presence on the day.

  • I’ll be at the wedding venue no later than 45 minutes before the ceremony to greet your family and friends as they arrive and get acquainted.

  • I’ll coordinate with the venue manager, musician/DJ to ensure a seamless set-up (wrangling of the groomsmen included).

  • Relax, enjoy yourself, you’ve got this! I’ve got your ceremony covered.

INTIMATE

FOR SMALLER CELEBRATIONS WITH A BIG SENSE OF OCCASION

  • Perfect for couples who want a beautiful and meaningful ceremony without the scale or formality of a large wedding.

  • We’ll work together to create a ceremony that reflects your relationship, your personalities and the people who matter to you most.

  • Ideal for intimate weddings, private venues, boutique hotels, gardens and smaller gatherings.

  • If you’d like, I can organize a small sound system, including a microphone, speakers, music.

ELOPEMENT

JUST THE TWO OF YOU AND A VERY SPECIAL FEW

  • An elopement can be wonderfully simple, spontaneous and deeply personal… perfect for couples who want a private celebration that’s centred around the two of you.

  • Wherever you choose to say “I do”, however unconventional it may be, I’ll make sure your ceremony is calm, discreet and thoughtfully yours.

  • Two witnesses to your declaration are needed in attendance.

CEREMONY

A BEAUTIFULLY CRAFTED CEREMONY, WRITTEN AROUND YOUR STORY

  • For couples planning a traditional or larger wedding celebration, this is a complete celebrant service from our first conversation to your big moment.

  • Your ceremony will be written specifically for you, from the welcome and storytelling to your vows, rings and final declaration.

  • I’ll coordinate your loved ones and make them feel at ease ahead of the bride’s arrival, including making sure the groomsmen are organised and in place.

  • I will meet the bride and bridal party on their arrival to the venue and make sure everyone is relaxed and present for the special moment.

CEREMONY + MC

ONE FAMILIAR FACE FROM “I DO” TO “LET’S CELEBRATE!”

  • For couples who want their day to feel seamless from ceremony through to reception, I will also take on the role of your Master of Ceremonies.

  • Having worked extensively across live television broadcasts and luxury weddings and events, I’ll bring a natural understanding of timing, atmosphere, guests expectations and the finer details that keep the occasion moving beautifully.

  • Professional MC services include a warm welcome, venue guidelines and housekeeping, introduction of the newly married couple, speeches and key moments, coordination of reception formalities (cake cutting, first dance), liaising with your venue, planner, photographer, videographer and other key suppliers.

  • Most importantly, as your MC, I will keep the evening flowing and fun, including handling transitions and any unexpected moments discreetly and professionally.

  • A consistent, familiar presence you can rely on throughout your celebrations.
